Multipurpose HAG - Coal, Wood & Diesel

The Multi-Purpose Hot Air Generator (HAG) offers a versatile heating solution for various applications. It can be fueled by wood, coal churi (crushed coal), or diesel/FO (fuel oil). The system features an indirect fired design with a double-walled heat exchanger for efficient and safe heat transfer. Depending on the chosen fuel option, the HAG delivers a capacity of 8 to 12 lakh Kilo Calories per hour, with adjustable hot air temperatures ranging from 110°C to 120°C. The unit includes a chimney, ID fan (7.5 HP motor), and FD fan (2 HP motor) for optimal combustion and air control. While the footprint varies depending on the fuel type (coal churi or diesel/FO), the overall weight is approximately 25 metric tons. An optional diesel burner attachment is also available for added flexibility.

3. Diesel Burner:

- Trolley-mounted burner attachment for additional flexibility

- Provides heat energy for the dryer
- Diesel fuel consumption (HSD): approximately 80 to 100 liters/hr (at room temp. 30°C, hot air temp. 120°C)
