The Double-Deck Gravity Separator utilizes uniform air pressure to effectively sort light seeds. This pressure creates a controlled environment for efficient separation. To optimize processing output, the heavy side of the separator features a control gate for collecting heavier seeds. These seeds rejoin the main product stream at the front output point, thanks to the eccentric deck's 1HP outward motion. Each machine is a fully functional gravity separator unit with an input hopper. A controlled input feed system allows for precise material flow adjustment, ensuring a continuous and stable process.
