Fluid Bed Dryer

The Fluid Bed Dryer continuously dries seeds with hot air fluidization. This system allows real-time control of temperature, drying time, and seed pattern. All seed-contact parts are stainless steel. The machine features a high-pressure blower, four drying chambers, a cooling chamber, and an exhaust system for efficient moisture removal. After drying at high temperature (70°C), seeds are held to reach ambient temperature (30°C). A final cooling section lowers the temperature of dried seeds (3-5% moisture) while minimizing further moisture loss, ensuring optimal seed condition throughout processing and smooth flow to packing.
