Fine Cleaner & Double Aspirator
Built for heavy-duty use, the machine's frame supports a vibrating MTRA body. Material flows precisely across a uniform space, allowing the initial air suction to capture light husk contamination. A single, high-efficiency blower at both ends optimizes power while removing both light and heavy impurities. Finally, material travels over a large MTRA double sieve for overflow and underflow rejection, ensuring consistent product across a wide working area. Supporting ducting and a cyclone (optional) complete the cleaning system.
Overview
This double-sorting fine cleaner air classifier unit provides exceptional control over both material intake and discharge. The system utilizes a powerful air pressure control system for optimal separation. Featuring a multi-deck MTRA vibratory motor base, this machine delivers efficient cleaning. With a capacity of 2.5 metric tons per hour, the double-deck sieve cleaning system incorporates a top overflow sieve and a bottom underflow sieve. A cyclone with a 5HP blower and ducting line, all mounted on a mild steel stand, completes this comprehensive cleaning solution.
Features
