Natural Gas Fire HAG

This natural gas-powered hot air generator is ideal for facilities with access to natural gas. It efficiently delivers a high heat output in a short time frame, perfect for drying applications. The robust system provides clean hot air for optimal drying, and the Eco Flamer double safety burner ensures safe and linear gas combustion. Additionally, an included gas train control unit allows for precise regulation of the gas flow, maximizing efficiency and safety.

Overview

Each Hot Air Generator (HAG) operates using direct-fired natural gas with a capacity of 700,000 to 800,000 Kcal/hr. The system features a double-walled heat exchanger, firing chamber, cone and air mixing chamber, and a foundation plate. Natural gas consumption ranges from 80 to 120 kg/hr, and it can raise the air temperature from 30°C (room temperature) to 120°C. Two HAG units will be positioned on either side of a 40 hp fan. The footprint for each HAG is 10 ft x 20 ft.
