This Magnetic Separator utilizes a high-intensity Neodymium-Iron-Boron (Nd-Fe-B-Gr) N52 grade rare earth magnetic roll for exceptional metal separation. The machine's housing is constructed from a robust combination of MS pipes and channel pipes, with side covers for added protection. A vibrating feeder equipped with a motor efficiently moves material over the magnetic roll. The material travels along a conveyor belt positioned beneath a small, strategically designed storage tank. This tank ensures an even and continuous flow of material to the vibrating feeder, which then distributes it onto the conveyor belt for magnetic separation.
